dc.description.abstract教統局局長王永平表示，樹仁學院已同意根據現時政策的程序，先在新聞與傳播、會計、輔導與心理及社會工作四個領域發展學位課程，作為邁向大學的第一步。他強調政府會考慮修改現行《專上學院條例》或制定新條例，作為樹仁成為大學的法律依據。
