dc.description.abstract教育署為了引起前線校長及教師對教育改革的關注，在諮詢期內在港九新界分別舉行了五場教師研討會。研討會的主旨是「教師在教育改革中的角色與承擔」，會上教師所發表的意見大多數是實在地提出現在教師工作的困境，其中，以教師工作量和學生教師比率(簡稱「生師比」)，最受關注。
