dc.description.abstract香港高等院校教職員會聯會認為政府要於社會推行「終身學習」概念，務必首先鼓勵公務員以身作則進修，才可誘發其他在職人士利用工餘的僅餘時間進修。此外就有關跨院校及學分制建議上，聯會認為教統會不用過份強調學分轉移制度的進行，因為一直以來大學生對跨院校學習的要求並不多。
