dc.description.abstract分區教育署是與學校合作最多的機構，如地區教師網絡、特殊學校的行政，也逐漸轉交分區教育署，然而分區教育署在教育改革中的表現，是乏善可陳，部分分區教育主任的表現，更為人所詬病。筆者對分區教育署的不滿，可歸納為以下數點︰一、欠缺承擔感，二、與前綫的工作脫節，三、未能組合教署的專業力量，解決前綫出現的問題，四、缺乏問責和監督
