dc.description.abstract為提升在職人士英語水平而設的職業英語運動委員會，將於下月為二千名文員、秘書、接待員及前線服務人員，進行一項用以釐定全港打工仔職業英語水平的測試，考試合格的，可獲當局「獎勵」最多五成的培訓資助，否則，僱主或僱員需全數支付培訓課程費用。勞工界贊同應將人力質素提升，但擔心僱員考試不合格，會成為僱主「炒魷」藉口。
